─People Forgotten by History─

At a time when the universal values of democracy and human rights are becoming increasingly prominent, the Archives Administration of the National Development Council (NDC) is gradually releasing relevant official documents, trial information, and private documents in response to societal expectations for transformative justice. 
The stories of these individuals are not only important for Taiwan’s national identity, but are also of some interest to the international academic community. 
However, if we think of their memory as never having existed in the public conscience before, how are we supposed to revive it?
